Caitlin is a native to Massachusetts and grew up in the suburbs of Boston. She received her BA in Biology from Colby College in 2015. After graduating, Caitlin joined the Clinical Trials Unit as a Clinical Research Assistant from 2015-2017. During this time Caitlin developed a passion for clinical research, while interacting with trial participants and doing community outreach. Inspired by her Nurse coworkers, Caitlin left the Clinical Trials Unit and went back to school in 2017. She attended Regis College obtaining her BSN and MSN. Caitlin has a variety of clinical experience from inpatient floors at Boston Medical Center to Boston’s Children’s Adolescent Gynecology Division. Caitlin served as the president of the Graduate Student Nurses Association while at Regis College. While obtaining her MSN, Caitlin worked as a homecare Nurse for medically complex patients. Caitlin is excited to be a part the Clinical Trials Unit again and work on their research efforts pertaining to COVID-19 and HIV and improving diversity in clinical trials. After work and on the weekends Caitlin enjoys stand up paddle boarding, biking, cooking and spoiling her pug, Moose.
