Nehalee graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science and Biochemistry from St. Xavier’s College, India in 2018. She moved to Boston in 2019, to pursue her Master’s degree at Tufts University. She was part of the Freudenreich lab at Tufts, where she studied the role of helicases in preventing fragility at AT repeats. She joined the Barouch lab as a Virology group member in 2021. Her primary role in the group is to generate adenoviral vector vaccines. In her free time, she likes exploring Boston with her friends.
