Rhianna joined the Reeves lab in May of 2017 after graduating from Saint Michael’s College with her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. During undergrad, Rhianna participated in research at Boston Children’s Hospital looking at postsurgical outcomes in neuromuscular surgeries, and research through her school looking at coral reef health in the Bay of Pigs, Cuba. As part of the Reeves lab she is working on multiple projects focusing on NK cells, granulocytes, and various methods of flow cytometry. Aside from having a practically lifelong interest in infectious disease, she also enjoys cooking, yoga, and scuba diving.
