Sesedzayi Peresuh

Sesedzayi Peresuh attained her B.S. in Biology from California State University San Bernardino in 2020. In the course of her undergraduate career, Sesedzayi participated in the Pan-African Stem society and the Elma Vines Summer Health Academy where she gained further experience in the medical field while shadowing physicians in various specialties. She also worked as a Supplemental Instructor for different Biology courses such as molecular biology and human anatomy from 2018 to 2020. Furthermore she participated in a research project identifying target proteins for mutagenesis using CRISPR. After graduating, Sesedzayi worked as a Quality Assurance Technician and has since developed a passion for ensuring quality according to GCLP standards in scientific research. She joined the Barouch lab in 2022 as part of the Quality Assurance Team. Outside of work, you can find her pursuing outlets for her creativity such as writing, designing and spending time with friends.
