Shadi Mohammadabadi

Shadi is a bioinformatician with a strong focus on single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from George Mason University and a master’s in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University. Her experience includes an internship working with scRNA-seq data, and she now continues to contribute to vaccine research and multiomics analysis through advanced single-cell techniques. Shadi is proficient in R and Python, with an interest in data visualization and communicating complex biological insights. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, art projects, and traveling.
